In our recruitment we believe in placing the right person on the right position, rather than placing you at positions that needs filling. Here you get recruited by the board itself and not by the election committee, so if you are interested you could look for recruitment events which will be announced here at the webpage and on our Facebook page.

The recruitment process works in such a way that you will send in your answers to these three questions

  1. Why are you applying?
  2. What interests you at Caster?
  3. What do you want to contribute with to Caster?

Then the board will select some of you for an interview and later on some will be selected to join the board as trainees. During the trainee-period both the board and you get a feeling of your work with us and with your task so that we together after your trainee-period can arrive at what is the best place for you dependent on your skils and interest.
