My duties as the technical coordinator include ensuring the operability of the organization’s technical equipment along with organizing all related development projects.
A focus of mine is to establish standards for projects to guarantee a certain level of quality for example new software and cars for the simulator. Another key area has been to improve the continuity of the organization, which is mostly done by having proper documentation set up for various procedures.
