My role in Caster is to ensure the well being and personal development of each member of Caster. The sole purpose of a leader is to function as the building block who enables a team to grow and create a dynamic where the organization develops through its members engagement. Together with the strategy team our purpose is to stay ahead and lay the foundation of upcoming projects and collaborations. By connecting all this together my goal is that Caster shall enable as many students as possible to be Engineers in the Front Seat.
